Well you've got the architecture in place but not a lot else.
-NO THESIS?!? How can you do anything else without a thesis statement?!?
-Mostly empty pages.
-Pages with content overlyreliant on text. More use of visuals. Not just throw a picture in but actual use of visuals to convey ideas and information
-Only thesis and page topic sentences should be in complete sentences. All other text in bulleted phrases.
-All visuals should have captions that convey the point of the visual not just label what it is.
-Navigation a bit confusing. Dropdown menus don't align with "Next" links.
-Back and Next links should say where. "Back to..." and "Next to..."
-Combine process paper and annotated bib into one page.

I'm rather disappointed. Not a lot of argument here for me to comment on. 38/50

Overall, a fine site. Good depth.
-Thesis is a bit confusing and doesn't clearly identify major arguments
-A lot more use of primary sources would strenghten
-Very Texty. Not very visual. Some diagrammitc expression of argument would have been good
-Timeline could have helped
-No discussion of Civil War context?!
-Quotes from EP and interpretation thereof confusingly laid out. 2-column format would have been better.
Nonetheless, it is a solid website.
